IF YOU WISH FOR AN EXCHANGE We will offer an exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods and will refund the amount or exchange the item. Please also add a corresponding note. You can easily add these to the package. Inform us about your exchange request with the desired variant. You can return your items purchased online within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you or replace the item. In the event of a return after more than 14 days within the scope of the return policy, the item must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging and order data (order number, client) is required; Before that, you can also make use of your right of withdrawal, if this exists. Excluded from the possibility of returning defect-free goods are items for which there is no right of withdrawal, in particular items tailored to your personal needs such as our bobblehead figures.
